This is a premade One-of-a-Kind website design.  This design will not be sold again.  It comes as is and no changes will be made, other then adding your company's name, without an additional charge.  If you have a logo you would like me to use instead of the header image on top I can use that instead without any charge.

• Hosting for one year, (after a year to renew your hosting the cost would be $100.00).
• Separate IP address and SSL need to make your selling website secure for one year, (after a year to renew your hosting the cost would be $45.00).
• Free shopping cart. The only fees would be for transactions made with Paypal.
• Complete directions on how to edit your website with flash tutorials on how to use and edit your entire website.
• Help from me for as long as your website is hosted with me.
• Unlimited informational pages with a Contact Us form for your customers to fill out to send you emails.
• Unlimited selling categories for products.
• Complete set up of informational pages includeing Home page. (Products will be added by customer using my directions)
• Website submission to search engines.
• Google verified
• Site map needed to have good ranking with search engines.

            $250.00 - Informational Website (Not include: Separate IP address, SSL, and shopping cart.)

Full amount due to start project and because of the nature of this item it is non refundable.  Depending on customers availability it should take only two weeks to complete project.
