All designs are the property of Barefoot Divas and can not be altered, reproduced, or copied without expressed written approved from Barefoot Divas. Logos can be resized, but may not be altered in any way. One of A Kind custom designs by Barefoot Divas will not reproduced or sold again. Barefoot Divas has the rights to use all designs for marketing purposes for Barefoot Divas. All graphics and content given to Barefoot Divas by the customer can be added to the design and website as long as no copyrights are being violated. Customer must have copyrights to these graphics and content. Barefoot Divas will not take any responsibility for any copyright violations from customer's graphics and content. Barefoot Divas is also not responsible for any graphics or content added by customer after website has been handed over to customer. QUOTES
All quotes are good for 30 days after this time they will be subject for review. PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
All orders must be paid in advance by Paypal or money order. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. Custom websites will be paid by half of the quoted cost for deposit before project is started and the remaining balance is due on completion. There are absolutely no exceptions. We will not be held responsible for delayed production of a project due to non-payment. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Deposits of all custom orders that are cancelled are non-refundable. All projects that have been started are also non-refundable. Any fees that have been paid will be cancellation fees. WARRANTIES
For the length of time that you have your site hosted with Barefoot Divas, Barefoot Divas will help you with any questions or problems that may occur free of charge. Backups of your site are made before handing the site over which can be found in your administrative page and control panel. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Barefoot Divas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions of use periodically to be aware of any changes.
